Shipping & Polices
Orders are shipped from Tokyo, Japan and typically arrive within 10 days to 3 weeks depending on destination and customs processing times.
We carefully inspect and prepare each order before shipping to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Items that arrive damaged, incorrect, or with a craftsmanship defect will be replaced or refunded.
Each case is handcrafted using authentic kimono fabric. Because every piece is unique, fabric patterns may vary slightly from product photographs.
